- How long should an ice bath session last?

Current research shows that you should immerse yourself for between 11 and 15 minutes at a temperature between 11-15ºC

- How much ice do I need?

The amount of ice you will need to add is dependent on your cold tap water temperature, the temperature you require, and where you live. For example, if you live in a cold climate, you may not need to add any ice at all.

- Do I need to use it outside?
