- How long should an ice bath session last?

Absolutely! It has been designed for anyone up to the height of 6ft 7in (2.1m) to use.
- How much ice do I need?
The amount of ice you will need to add is dependent on your cold tap water temperature, the temperature you require, and where you live. For example, if you live in a cold climate, you may not need to add any ice at all.
- Do I need to use it outside?
No,our portable ice pod has been designed so you can use it anywhere, including inside. Just place it somewhere you can drain it easily.
- When should I drain it?
We recommend changing the water once per week. You can extend this by adding additives to the water, such as bromine or chlorine tablets, but you should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
